Stephen Swanson
Stephen Swanson joined Chameleon International’s US team as a Client Partner for their Life Sciences division. He has over 10 years experience in executive search, working with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies. Stephen’s work in clinical development, medical affairs, and commercial, has allowed him to develop relationships with impactful leaders across the US.
With a background in Architecture and Design, he developed a sense of structure and intent that informs both strategic thinking and execution.
Stephen lives in Colorado with his wife, two kids, and their dog, Ella. Taking advantage of the 300 days of sun, he and his family like to hike the front range and play just about any sport. Stephen is an avid golfer and has played over 60 courses in Colorado alone.
