Peter Dousman

Peter began his career as a commodity trader before transitioning into finance and accounting recruitment in 2011. Over the years, he has developed deep expertise across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, real estate, life sciences, and professional services.

Driven by a desire to contribute to a globally focused search firm with a specialization in senior-level mandates, Peter joined Chameleon in March 2025. In his role as Senior Search Consultant, he is responsible for sourcing top-tier talent, building long-term relationships, and supporting executive recruitment across our North American practice.

Originally from Wisconsin, Peter now lives in Denver, Colorado. He’s an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys skiing in the winter and cycling in the summer. He holds a degree in Biology from DePauw University.
