Oliver Eva-Griffiths
Oliver Eva-Griffiths has over a decade of experience across the consumer sector, with particular depth in the food and beverage sector. He began his early career in luxury hospitality recruitment, before transitioning into the consumer space. Oliver has delivered a multitude of high-profile leadership appointments for a broad range of organisations, from founder-led and high-growth businesses to large, multinational companies operating within complex matrix environments.
Oliver holds a law degree from the University of Sheffield, making him highly analytical and detail-oriented in his approach when advising his candidates and clients.
Based in London, Oliver lives with his husband and their two chihuahuas. Outside of work, he is in a choir called Groove Chorus and performs at the Clapham Grand twice a year. He is also an avid follower of the restaurant scene and balances his love of food with regular gym sessions.
