Ewerton Moreira

Ewerton brings over 20 years of experience in consultancy and executive search, having successfully led projects across both mature and emerging markets, including some of the world’s most complex and challenging environments. Originally from Brazil, has lived and worked in the UK for 14 years for the past 5 years in Australia. Known for his collaborative mindset and pragmatic approach, firmly believes that for every strategic role, there is a right-fit leader – it’s just a matter of precision and persistence to find them.

He currently leads the Global Transportation and Logistics Practice at Chameleon International, working closely with stakeholders across port and airport operations, freight forwarding, contract logistics, and rail infrastructure to design and deliver targeted, high-impact talent solutions.

Ewerton holds a degree in Business Management with a specialization in Coaching. Outside of work, he works hard to compete in the “Best Father Ever” league, has a passion for extreme sports, international travel, and is hooked on the life lessons he gets from practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He is fluent in Portuguese and English, and conversational in Spanish, particularly when enjoying good company and a cold beer.
