Christian is a seasoned executive search professional with over 20 years of experience delivering high-impact search mandates and consulting projects across Europe and the Americas. As a co-founder of Chameleon, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction, overseeing all financial and operational matters, as well as helping grow Chameleon’s Industrial vertical.
Christian holds a degree in Business Studies and speaks fluent German and English. His deep industry knowledge, cross-cultural insight, and hands-on leadership have earned him a reputation for delivering results in complex and competitive markets.
Outside of work, Christian is a passionate sports enthusiast. He is particularly fond of golf, football, and skiing – but isn’t afraid to embrace the unconventional, occasionally indulging in lawn bowls and horse riding.
