As Client Services Director for the Americas, Alex leads client relationships across the region, ensuring delivery excellence and long-term partnership.
He joined Chameleon International over a decade ago as a search consultant and has progressed through multiple roles, establishing the firm’s US office in 2022. Before his career in executive search, Alex spent five years as an engineer, bringing a structured and analytical approach to his work.
Now based in Colorado, he enjoys making the most of the outdoors – skiing, hiking, and rafting – while staying loyal to his sporting passions, including rugby, cricket, and his beloved (and beleaguered) QPR.
