Their deep and broad portfolio supports nearly one million orthopaedic and neuro procedures worldwide annually.
Chameleon have partnered with our Client on numerous occasions across a range of both corporate and operational functions working exclusively within our traditional skill areas of supply chain, quality and manufacturing operations. We have been retained to profile and network through a broad landscape of candidates from gender and ethnicity perspectives as the business look to challenge the traditional ways of hiring by evaluating more broader, diverse candidate pools in skill areas requiring extensive investment.
As the amount of senior females in site leadership and E2E supply chain functions is under-developed, Chameleon have been tasked to identify those with high-potential who have the capability, intellect and professional interest to step up and push themselves out of their comfort zone.
