Promotion for Isabel and Polina!
We are delighted to announce that two of our Senior Search Consultants have been promoted to Principal Search Consultants. Polina Cook and Isabel Linehan both joined us two years ago and are outstanding members of the team here at Chameleon.
In her new role as Principal Search Consultant, Polina Cook will be partnered with Ewerton Moreira and will have a specialism, working on senior mandates within Aerospace, Transportation and Logistics, as well as high profile work in our other 8 industry verticals. Polina will also be our Head of Internal Recruitment, responsible for building our teams of search consultants and client partners here at Chameleon. Polina has successfully led a number of high-profile searches, up to and including C-suite level, over the past few months, and has built up new networks for Chameleon globally.
Isabel Linehan has been promoted to Principal Search Consultant and will be partnered with Tom Pope. She will specialise in high-profile mandates within Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences, ranging from director to CEO. She will also continue supporting senior mandates across our other manufacturing verticals. She has built up a number of new markets and has been responsible for driving the growth of a number of key accounts with our clients. She has also become our Head of External Communications, responsible for articles, proposals and presentations. This promotion also coincides with Isabel being awarded Search Consultant of the Year.
