Grant Vowls
Grant has been working in recruitment since 1999. Throughout his career, he has worked internationally in South Africa, the US and the UK and has been in leadership positions within the recruitment industry for the last 20 years. He has experience across Search, Consulting and Interim, being responsible for building and growing teams from start-ups through to established players.
A founder and co/owner of Chameleon, as Global Client Services Director, Grant has responsibility for all Client interaction, whether negotiating terms for Search, overseeing our methodology on Interim assignments or developing and agreeing the Contracts on our Consulting engagements and multi-hire projects. He also works closely with our Consumer Division in helping to grow one of Chameleon’s key Industry verticals.
Educated to Masters Level at the University of Liverpool, he is married with 2 teenage children and a dog! He has a keen interest in politics and almost all sports – particularly watching as his actual participation is becoming less and less!
