The Chameleon Russian Society – Georgia & Emma new starters
Chameleon have grown throughout 2020, bringing on board five new hires across both the Search and Client Partner teams.
The most recent Search Consultant hires are Georgia Corrigan and Emma Helm who joined at the start of the Spring and Autumn lockdowns respectively.
Georgia and Emma are both recent graduates from the University of Oxford. They bring French and Spanish language competence along with Russian which is rapidly becoming the de-facto second language within the search team (4 Russian speakers and counting).
The topic of how to virtually onboard someone was not something Chameleon had pondered in the past but like our reptilian namesake, we have adapted and created a remote-induction that is Covid-proof. Despite joining Chameleon in unprecedented circumstances of national lockdowns, both Georgia and Emma been able to deliver significant value over a short period of time.
That being said, it is difficult to replicate the development new starters receive by osmosis in an office environment and we are all looking forward to 2021 when this will return!
Not to mention the opportunity for an after-work trip to the pub…
