Connor O’Brien Promotion
We are delighted to announce that a member of our search team, Connor O’Brien, has been promoted to Senior Search Consultant. Connor joined us at the start of 2019, following a degree in Biochemistry from Bethune-Cookman University in Florida.
Connor has been promoted following his exceptional performance as part of our search team. Among his key achievements, he has built new networks for us in the US as well as successfully conducting searches in niche Quality and Operations functions. He has placed roles across a number of industry verticals, ranging from manager to VP level. He has also broken several records in terms of internal KPIs.
Following his promotion, Connor will be increasingly involved in our most senior and challenging searches. He will continue to work across industry verticals, but will particularly focus on building his expertise and network in the food and beverages vertical. He will also be responsible for our Voice of the Customer project, collecting feedback from our clients and candidates in order to help us continue developing towards a standard of excellence in all that we do.
