Chameleon International have worked with our client over the last 4 years with the Client, who are headquartered in the Netherlands, being a leading software solution (TOS – Terminal Operation System) provider for ports, terminals and warehouse business.

As a business they have a presence in 16 countries across the major regions of the world and their vision is to offer a world-class, end-to-end, integrated software and consultancy solution for the entire lifecycle of ports, terminals and warehouses.

Chameleon’s initial assignment was to be mandated on 2 separate searches – Sales Executive and Senior Sales Manager.   The candidates need to have a strategic perspective on the client’s global operations and will be responsible for the development of existing client portfolios as well as mentoring other members of the sales team.

In fulfilling these mandates, Chameleon were instructed to headhunt best in class sales professionals across the software industry, targeting major competitor organizations as well as the renowned global software companies.  It was vital that we could operate as a brand ambassador for our client, approaching the market on their behalf and headhunting passive candidates out of similar roles.

Moving forward, Chameleon and the client are discussing a refined model in which we can map future talent across all the major competitors within their core business areas. This will enable our client to be much more agile when a requirement arises and for them to have competitive advantage over other organizations in the sector in what is a very dynamic candidate market.
