Tom Haynes
Tom has spent the last 6 years in recruitment, leading a large number of searches for clients ranging from fast-growing SMEs to global multinationals. His focus has primarily been supply chain & operations, but recently has also been supporting clients across senior leadership, commercial and engineering roles as well.
As Chameleon’s Divisional Lead for Industrial, Tom is responsible for the successful conclusion of search mandates, new client acquisition and the development of our service proposition.
Having a degree in History & Politics from Oxford University, Tom has a keen interest in current affairs. He is a TV & film addict, and is currently learning Muay Thai. He also has a young daughter, which keeps him very busy outside of work!
