Chameleon International has been working with this client in the retail sector for over 5 years. The company, headquartered in central Europe, has grown to become a multinational corporate, employing over 30,000 worldwide, with a globally recognisable brand name.
Our initial engagement was within the main manufacturing facility as the client was building an Operational Excellence team, following a 6-month planning process with a management consultancy. Chameleon were given the task to find Lean professionals that could act as internal consultants, subsequently filling multiple mandates in the team.
Following this success, Chameleon were invited to facilitate the expansion of the Supply Chain Excellence function across the business and were successful in making the following placements:

Location was a major difficulty with all these searches as the surrounding area does not possess the requisite talent pool to fill these specialist roles.
