Chameleon International were mandated to work with an electronics manufacturer as they embarked upon a restructuring of their strategic sourcing organization. Working directly with the VP of Purchasing, he identified the need for 10 new strategic positions across Non-production Purchasing, Bills of Materials Category Management, Project Purchasing and Supplier Quality.
- They required specialist experts with an extensive purchasing skills from the automotive industry

Each position had a dedicated resource to cover our existing network of candidates – Chameleon had a team of search consultants dedicated to the project who qualified the candidates both in English and German. Our search team initially reached out to our existing network to begin building up our long list of potential candidates
Additionally, we actively headhunted candidates from target companies in the local area as well as broadening our search to include national and international candidates who were willing to relocate. All candidates were interviewed at least 3 times by Chameleon before they were presented to our client – this was either over the phone, via Skype or face to face.
